ANTI-THEFT FOR BICYCLE SADDLES.
The present invention relates to an anti-theft for bicycle saddles, thanks to which it is possible to prevent the theft of said saddles on the occasions when we leave, momentarily, parked the bicycle on public roads, tied to lampposts or other places that we consider appropriate for this by some anti-theft means for bicycles, without adequate protection for the saddle; allowing, in addition, this anti-theft, once installed, the rotation of the seat post on the seat of the bicycle frame, and the rise and fall of the height of the same once the pressure of the seat post is loosened that strengthens it, avoiding this device, the possibility of subtraction of the saddle without the right tool for it. This anti-theft, in question, is specially designed for saddles that are attached by means of their seat post, to the seat of the bicycle frame, by means of a clamp of the so-called "quick release and closing", which , exert the act of closing and pressure by means of a lever derived from its axis.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:
The traditional fastening system of the seat post to the seat of the bicycle frame is known, which prevents the removal of the seat with ease. Generally, it is constituted by a metal clamp, and a bolt or bolt of closing and pressure of the same, on the seat of seat of the saddle of the bicycle frame. Both the head and the nut of said thyme, embedded or not in the body of the clamp, are usually cylindrical-Allen-type, hexagonal, or square. The drawback of this fastening system, when the nuts are tightened with their relevant wrench tool, is the difficulty of lowering or raising the saddle without manipulating the nut with the aforementioned tool, which implies a remarkable difficulty to perform, with ready, said maneuver of the saddle. However, in most of the bicycles of current manufacture, the saddles are attached by means of the seatpost of these, to the seat of seat of the bicycle frame, by means of clamps called "closing and quick opening", which, exert their closing and pressure by means of a lever incorporated to its axis, which implies ease and speed in the face of the need to lower or raise the saddle by simply activating said lever in either of its two directions: outward to open the seatpost seat of the bicycle frame, and inwards to close and press on the seat post, which leads to an instantaneous manipulation of the seat without the need to use any tool. However, this system of clamps, due to its expressed practical characteristics, entails the great inconvenience that the saddle can be stolen, just as easily as it is installed, at the time when we park the bicycle on the public road tied to any urban element, without the convenient protection for the commented saddle. However, to avoid this aforementioned inconvenience and, consequently, a new anti-theft has been devised for bicycle saddles, the characteristics of which are the object of the present invention.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION:
The present anti-theft for bicycle saddles, is designed to be installed inside the two tubes of the bicycle frame involved in the fastening of the saddle, such as, the tube seat post and the housing tube thereof in the bicycle frame, providing the saddle with the necessary security against any attempt to remove it. On the other hand, the hiding of the east from outside view does not violate the original aesthetics of any bicycle on which it is installed. All of which is detailed in this description.
Said anti-theft for bicycle saddles, it is composed of two expansive anchors placed on the inside of the tubes: both in the seat post and in the seat of seat of the bicycle frame. For this, each of these groups of anchors has a hollow thyme with endless external thread or only in a section of its ends, provided at each of these ends, with a nut assisted by a washer, in which they are housed one or two expansive bushes, made of flexible steel, with a flat-circular seat base, equipped with a central bore and provided or provided with a series of expansion tabs produced by a series of transverse or vertical cuts inflicted on their flanks, receiving in its interior space, each of these bushings, at a pressure washer, of a diameter equal or barely smaller than the larger internal diameter of said elements; of a separation ring between said bushings, capable of being accompanied by a washer; and a steel cable provided with a stop at its lower end and a prisoner at its upper end.
The respective pieces that make up the aforementioned anchors, are arranged, on the hollow thyme with external thread, as follows: once the first washer and nut is incorporated on one of its ends, then, one of the accompanying expansive bushings is included by its pressure washer, followed by the spacer ring accompanied, in this case, by a washer, which is located under the base of the second expansive bushing, which is then incorporated into the thyme, in the same direction to its previous analogue, accompanied of its pressure washer and, subsequently, the second tightening nut is included next to its washer. In the event that, preferably, each of the anchors has a single expansive bushing, the separation ring will be under the lower base of this, and will be accompanied by a washer at each end, the washer being arranged in the lower base of the ring, assisting the tightening nut, of equal diameter to the larger outer diameter of the expansive bushing, with the purpose of maintaining its verticality on the inside of the tubes in which they are to be housed.
Once the two groups of anchors are placed and adjusted on the inside of the tubes of their location, by expanding the shell or bushings due to the effect of their pressure washers, for example by tightening the nuts arranged on the ends of the thyme, the steel cable will be inserted inside the two hollow threads of the anchors, the stop being presented at the lower end of the latter, under the lower end of the thyme of the anchor group arranged in the seat tube and, the prisoner at the upper end of the analogous thyme disposed in the anchor placed on the inside of the seat tube.
S
For better understanding of what is described herein, some drawings are attached in which, just as an example, a practical case of the anti-theft for bicycle saddles is reproduced.
Figure 1 represents a view, in sectioned elevation, of the seat post of the saddle and its seat of the bicycle frame, showing the arrangement of the two groups of anchors, both with two expandable bushings, as with only one. In the latter circumstance, as exemplified, all sectioned anchor elements are shown, except for the thyme where they are installed,
shown with its endless outer thread.
Figure 2 reflects, in plan view, a detail of the characteristics of the expansive bushes.

DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
Then, based on the figures mentioned above, the following description of a preferred embodiment of the invention is made.
The present anti-theft for bicycle saddles, is designed to be installed on the inside of the two tubes linked to the seat clamp: both in the seat post -11-of the same, as in the housing tube -12- of this, arranged in the bicycle frame. To do this, in this preferred embodiment, the anti-theft in question (fg.l), has two groups of expansive anchors -l, lA-of metal constitution, each adapted to the inside diameter of the different tubes of its accommodation -11, 12-. Each of these anchors -l, lA-is assembled on a hollow thyme -4- (five or six millimeters in outer diameter and four or five centimeters in length), with endless outer thread, accompanied at each of its ends by a nut -5-assisted washer -7-. In the indicated thyme -4-, once the washer -7-of diameter equal to the larger outer diameter of the bush -2- (fig.1, lower detail) and the nut -5-at one of its ends; a separation ring -6- is attached, assisted by a washer -7-A- at its upper end; followed by an expansive bushing -2-of flexible steel, with a circular seat base -15- (fig.1,2) equipped with a central drill -14-and, provided with a series of expansion tabs -13-produced by a series of vertical cuts inflicted on its flanks, preferably in the form of a grape, extending vertically, from its greater perimeter, to advance two thirds of its height; followed by a pressure washer -3-, of strong constitution, assisting the bushing -2-, of a diameter equal to or barely smaller than the larger internal diameter of the latter; once the aforementioned elements are incorporated, the second washer -7- and then the second nut -5- is introduced. Finally, and before introducing the two groups of anchors in their respective tubes -11,12-, these are inserted, facing their mouths, in a steel cable -8 of 1.1 mm. thick, provided with a stop -9-at its lower end and a prisoner -10-at its upper end. Said prisoner -10- is provided with a pearl and a metal clip, which prevent the downward exit of the cable -8- through the tube -4-, in addition to the clamping of the excess end of the cable; as well as the top -9-of this one, it prevents the ascending exit of it.
Once each of the two groups of anchors inside the tubes of their location have been introduced, the respective nuts -5- will be tightened by means of a tube wrench of appropriate length, causing their pressure to expand the flanges of the bushings -2-and remain immobilized on the inside of the tubes -11,12-.
